Step 1: Submit your resume
First, you will need to fill out an application form, fill out your profile and application form, including educational information, job responsibilities, work experience, and career motivation. This is your first chance to make a strong impression in recruiting. Before starting the application, you need to search for Pered on the Zhaopin recruitment platform to view the job details, and register through online delivery.
Resume and Supporting File Formats
After completing the application form, please attach the electronic version of your Chinese resume in doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf or txt format, please prepare in advance.

Step 2: Resume Screening
Your resume will pass the preliminary screening of the Human Resources Department, and you will be notified by phone after passing.
Step 3: Initial Interview
You will be invited to the company for an initial interview, be prepared to introduce yourself and give examples of your strengths.
Step 4: Retest
If you do well in your initial interview, you will be invited for a thirty-minute interview with your department head or director.
Step 5: Admission Notification
If we are sure of your potential, we will give you a formal written admission notice shortly after the re-examination.
